Let's begin by centering ourselves. Close your eyes gently. Bring your awareness to your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension you may be holding.

Now, let's move into our first pose, Mountain Pose, Tadasana. Stand at the top of your mat with your feet together. Ground down through all four corners of your feet. Engage your thighs, lengthen your tailbone, and lift your chest. Allow your arms to rest by your sides, palms facing forward. Feel the strength and stability of the mountain.
